Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of BrickTreasure, an online experience operated by Republic Bricks. By accessing or using BrickTreasure, creating an account, purchasing studs, opening a chest, participating in a livestream chest, or otherwise using the services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and by any additional rules displayed on the relevant page, checkout flow, or feature.

BrickTreasure includes the website located at bricktreasure.com and the related products, account features, chest-opening experiences, inventory management tools, shipping workflows, referral tools, and support channels made available through the platform.

If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, you must not use BrickTreasure.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when you create or maintain an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may use BrickTreasure only if you are legally permitted to do so under applicable law. You may not create an account on behalf of another person without authority, share account access in a manner that bypasses our controls, or use false or misleading identity information.

Where BrickTreasure offers convenience features tied to Republic Bricks, including the ability to recognize the same email address used on republicbricks.com and prefill address information, you authorize us to use that matching information to support account setup, shipping, and fulfillment workflows.

We may require email verification, additional authentication steps, or other account checks before enabling some features. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

3. Studs and Payments

Studs are the platform currency used within BrickTreasure for chest openings and certain related experiences. Studs do not represent a bank account, stored monetary balance, or personal property interest outside the platform, except as required by applicable law.

Studs may be purchased through checkout flows that use Stripe or other payment providers we may designate from time to time. By submitting a payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the billing information you provide is accurate.

Prices, package contents, promotional multipliers, taxes, and any applicable fees may change at any time before checkout is completed. The terms presented during checkout control for that transaction.

If a payment is declined, reversed, charged back, or reasonably suspected to be unauthorized, fraudulent, or abusive, we may suspend or limit your account, remove or adjust associated studs or benefits, halt fulfillment, or take other reasonable steps to protect the platform and our business.

4. Chests and Openings

BrickTreasure offers standard chests and livestream chests. Chest pages describe the applicable price in studs, content presentation, timing, and any box-specific rules. For livestream chests, the experience may involve ticket-based participation, stream-timed reveals, or other mechanics shown on the relevant page.

When you confirm an opening or purchase entry into a livestream chest, the required studs are deducted and the applicable outcome is generated according to the platform logic in effect for that chest at that time.

Some openings may include provably fair verification data, including seed reveals, commitments, snapshots, and related proof details. Where available, those verification tools are provided to help you reproduce the result. Older or transitional chest versions may continue to use a legacy flow until a provably fair version is published.

The chest detail page, including any displayed limits, promotions, shipping indicators, or livestream-specific notices, forms part of the terms governing that feature and controls in the event of a conflict with more general platform descriptions.

5. Inventory and Shipping

Physical wins generated through BrickTreasure are placed into your inventory for management and fulfillment. Inventory features may allow you to hold items while you build an order and to ship those items when you choose to use the Ship Now workflow.

As described throughout the current product experience, the first chest in a new order may include the applicable shipping charge. That shipping charge generally covers the open items you keep together in the same order until you instruct us to ship them.

You are responsible for keeping your shipping address complete and accurate. Fulfillment and delivery are based on the address associated with your account at the time the order moves into fulfillment. We are not responsible for losses, delays, or extra costs caused by incomplete or inaccurate address information supplied by you.

Shipping times are estimates only. Once items move into fulfillment, additional processing or carrier-related delays may occur.

6. Refunds and Sellback

Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in a feature-specific flow, BrickTreasure does not promise refunds for studs purchases, chest openings, livestream participation, or won items.

If you believe a billing error, unauthorized transaction, or other payment issue has occurred, contact help@republicbricks.com. We may investigate and address issues in our discretion and in a manner consistent with platform records, payment-provider requirements, and applicable law.

Won items are not eligible for exchanges. Some wins may be eligible for sellback into studs when that option is shown in the relevant chest or inventory flow. Sellback availability, timing, and value are determined by the applicable feature and may differ by chest or item.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use BrickTreasure to engage in fraud, abuse, or conduct that interferes with the operation of the platform or the experience of other users.

• Attempting to bypass account, payment, referral, shipping, or opening controls.
• Using bots, scripts, automation, scraping tools, or similar techniques to access or interact with the services without authorization.
• Abusing promotions, referral rewards, refunds, chargebacks, or support channels.
• Interfering with security features, reverse engineering protected parts of the service, or probing for vulnerabilities without authorization.
• Using another user’s account or permitting repeated unauthorized account sharing.
• Posting, transmitting, or linking unlawful, infringing, or harmful content through the platform.

We may investigate suspected misuse and may suspend, limit, or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms of Service or the integrity of the platform have been violated.

8. Intellectual Property and Platform License

BrickTreasure, including its design, software, text, graphics, page layouts, chest presentations, branding, and related content, is owned by Republic Bricks or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms of Service, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use BrickTreasure for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, scrape, distribute, frame, mirror, sell, or exploit any part of the platform except as expressly permitted by us in writing or by applicable law.

9. Third-Party Services

BrickTreasure relies on third-party services to operate certain features, including payment processing, authentication and hosted data infrastructure, analytics, communications, and support channels. These services may include Stripe, Supabase-backed account and data services, Discord links, and other external destinations or providers.

Third-party websites, services, or content are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party services except as required by applicable law.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

BrickTreasure is provided on an as available and as is basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, constant availability of any feature, or that all bugs, delays, or defects will be corrected on any particular schedule.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Republic Bricks and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising out of or related to your use of BrickTreasure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or related to BrickTreasure will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to use the applicable feature in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers or limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, these provisions apply only to the extent permitted by law.

11. Termination and Updates

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to BrickTreasure at any time if we believe it is reasonably necessary to protect the platform, investigate misuse, comply with law, respond to payment or security concerns, or enforce these Terms of Service.

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date shown on this page. Your continued use of BrickTreasure after revised terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
