This Privacy Policy explains how Republic Bricks collects, uses, and shares information in connection with BrickTreasure. The information we collect depends on how you interact with the platform.

- Profile information you choose to add, including public display fields such as display name or avatar.
- Shipping information, including name, address details, and related fulfillment data.
- Platform activity records, including chest openings, livestream ticket activity, inventory, shipment history, referral activity, and notification preferences.
- Payment-related records associated with studs purchases, such as package, transaction status, and provider reference identifiers. Full payment card numbers are processed by payment providers rather than stored directly by BrickTreasure.
- Support and communications information, including messages you send to us through email, support channels, or linked community channels.
2. How We Collect Information
We collect information directly from you when you create an account, sign in, buy studs, save a shipping address, open a chest, join a livestream chest, adjust notification settings, submit support requests, or otherwise interact with BrickTreasure.
We also collect information automatically through your use of the platform. This may include records of page views, feature interactions, chest and inventory activity, referral events, device and browser data, and browser-side persistence used to remember settings such as currency preference.
In addition, where BrickTreasure supports convenience features tied to Republic Bricks, we may use matching information associated with the same email address to support address setup, account continuity, and fulfillment-related workflows.
3. How We Use Information
We use information collected through BrickTreasure for purposes such as:
- Creating and maintaining user accounts and authenticating sign-in sessions.
- Operating chest openings, livestream experiences, provably fair verification flows, inventory, and shipping workflows.
- Processing studs purchases and related payment, fraud-prevention, reconciliation, and account-protection activities.
- Providing customer support, responding to questions, and resolving technical, billing, or fulfillment issues.
- Sending operational communications such as verification emails, password reset messages, account notices, checkout updates, and order-related notifications.
- Sending promotional communications when your notification settings or applicable law permit us to do so.
- Monitoring performance, usage, and service quality, and improving the design and operation of BrickTreasure.
- Protecting the security and integrity of the platform and enforcing our Terms of Service.

BrickTreasure also offers notification settings for certain optional messages, including promotional emails and checkout-related updates. If you are signed in, you may manage those settings through the notification preferences flow exposed in the product, including the unsubscribe route currently available at /unsubscribe.
Even if you opt out of optional promotional messages, we may still send you operational communications related to your account, purchases, security, or fulfillment.

You may update certain account details directly through the platform, including shipping address information and notification preferences where those features are available.
If you need help with account data, fulfillment details, privacy questions, or support issues, contact help@republicbricks.com. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your request before acting on it.
You may also choose not to provide certain information, but doing so may limit access to features such as account creation, studs purchases, shipping, or chest participation.
9. Children
BrickTreasure is not directed to children. You may use the platform only if you are legally permitted to do so under applicable law.
If you believe that a child has provided personal information to BrickTreasure in a manner not permitted by law, contact us at help@republicbricks.com so that we can review the matter.
10. Changes and Contact
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date shown on this page. Your continued use of BrickTreasure after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means the updated version applies to your future use of the platform.
